airt opens its doors

Redondo Beach, CA.Today marked the opening of a new Los Angeles area advertising and graphic design firm to be known as the airt group.

According to the firm's principal, Bill Light, a veteran of the California advertising and marketing consulting industries, the firm will particularly focus on helping small and medium enterprises (SMEs) grow through evidence-based design.

"Our sole aim is to build the customer equity in our client's businesses, since this is the most quantitative and valid measure of business health and projected business growth currently available," said Light.

Light noted that evidence-based design was not necessarily suited to all types of businesses, but that it was particularly effective for relational organizations that rely on long customer life-cycles to succeed. This includes businesses with long sales cycles (high ticket-item or contract); membership and philanthropic organizations; niche-market or specialty businesses; any "David" facing an industry "Goliath"; non-profit organizations; professional or human service businesses and organizations; and internal communications programs (for example, those geared to employees).

"airt's core team comprises veterans from the design, advertising, interactive development, digital motion/animation, filmmaking, events marketing, and management consulting disciplines," said Light. "This 'media agnostic' orientation enables airt to work comfortably throughout the digital design and motion spectrum to maximize the value of our clients' marketing assets."
